The successful candidate should have progressive experience in: site assessment (geo-environmental and geo-technical); feasibility studies; and remedial design and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for proposal writing, project management, marketing and business development, and growth activities for the SAR services provided by the firm. Responsibilities The successful candidate will liaise with clients and assist to resolve their environmental issues. This will involve contact with SEPA and researching relevant information on legislation (such as IPPC, RoHS, WEEE Directives and Waste Management), plus implementation of best practice in Environmental Management - such as setting up systems to track Environmental Performance Indicators and advising clients where savings may be made, or assisting in running an EMS at a site. Design and delivery of Environmental Awareness presentations and training industrial clients in EMS Implementation, energy, waste and water savings forms part of this job role. The selected candidate will work within a supportive and driven team, contributing to meeting Group targets for sales and project completion.
