Training Programmes

M&A developed and delivered a corporate-wide environmental awareness training programme for 1200 employees of an aircraft engine service facility in Prestwick, Scotland. Environmental topics included an overview of corporate and local regulatory requirements and "big picture" environmental issues including depletion of the ozone layer and the greenhouse effect. M&A's training programme drew attention to: water and wastewater management, solid waste and energy issues, chemical use reduction, sustainability, and the financial benefits to be gained through implementing environmental improvements.

The training programme resulted in business benefits through the implementation of a corporate-wide environmental compliance programme for effective chemical, wastewater, and solid waste management practices.
