E-TRACT™ - Electronic Tracking And Compliance Tool

Mabbett & Associates, Inc. (M&A) announces the roll-out of a new and innovative Electronic Tracking and Compliance Tool (E-Tract™). E-TRACT™ is a database of environmental, health and safety (EH&S) regulatory tasks and requirements developed by M&A. The tool is tailored to a specific facility where such tasks and compliance activities are tracked and managed on a desktop using Microsoft Outlook. E-TRACT™ can be tailored to track and manage any EH&S requirement including international, ISO 14001, federal, state, local, corporate or facility. E-TRACT™ sets the recurrence and electronically tracks the requirement based on the recurrence, which can range from daily to once every 20 years.

E-TRACT™ features include:

  • Optional on-screen reminders of upcoming regulatory requirements including: Reporting deadlines, monitoring events, permit submittals, written program reviews, training, etc.
  • Electronic links to forms, logs, regulations, in-house documents, regulatory points of contact, etc.
  • Capability of e-mailing the required task to others on the organizational network while continuing to track the requirement as the EH&S task manager.
  • Multiple tracking options.
