Techno Bits/Technical Bulletins HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND WASTE - ARCHIVED Annual Report for Massachusetts Hazardous Waste Recyclers For recyclers of hazardous waste in Massachusetts the Annual Regulated Recyclable Material Report will be due March 1. The report, which records the quantity and type of material recycled, should be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Boston office, not your DEP Regional Office.
