Kelly Winson, CHMM, TURP has over 17 years of experience and has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and Policy. As the Vice President of the Environmental, Health and Safety division and a Senior Project Manager, Kelly manages the EHS and compliance groups and supports contracts for Federal and private clients. Kelly understands that the health and safety of all employees in the workplace is critical. She works closely with our clients to create practical, organized efforts and procedures for identifying workplace hazards and reducing accidents and exposure to harmful situations and hazardous substances, as well as creating a systematic approach to comply with existing and changing environmental regulations.
As a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Massachusetts Toxic Use Reduction Planner, Kelly provides high-level permitting support, planning and reporting for air, water, waste and chemical management. She is an experienced EHS compliance auditor providing day-to-day EHS support, including on-site audit support for numerous clients. She has developed and created client-specific and facility-specific environmental plans, policies, and programs (SPCC, SWPPP, Emergency Management and Response, etc.) and provided on-call environmental compliance support. In addition, Kelly develops and conducts environmental compliance training programs at client facilities.
