As the Vice President of Finance & Accounting with 35 years of finance and accounting experience, she is responsible for the overall management of corporate and project accounting for the firm. Michele has extensive experience providing finance and accounting support to projects in the public and private sectors and has a keen understanding of the specific accounting and financial requirements of the Federal government and is able to deliver consistent and reliable financial support. She manages and maintains accurate and consistent internal controls, processes, and policies leading to “no exceptions found”, annual financial audits.
The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) conducted an audit on Mabbett’s financial system and corporate financial/stability in 2023 in conjunction with a pre-award contract and found no exceptions.
