Congratulations to Kyle Vanderhorst on achieving his Grade 2 Wastewater Operator License! This will enable him to support additional projects. Some of the responsibilities that come with this are but are limited to:

• Inspecting treatment equipment daily
• Collecting and testing water samples
• Adding chemicals like chlorine, lime and ammonia to the wastewater
• Regularly cleaning and maintaining the equipment
• Making sure that all safety requirements are being met
• Recording data, operational activities and any gauge readings
